... and it rains like hell...

First wanna mention one amazing and I think underrated band - SHOCKING BLUE. Such amazing artists, I have no words, thanks God I found them by chance.Still wonder how can a song created something like 20-30 years ago, be sooo freaking good that we still like it nowadays.Cmon, aren't we children of denial? Seems there are treasures stronger than our stubborness... :) Only can be happy about that.And Mariska.... the perfect woman! Rest In Peace, Beauty!
I'll return later to Shocking Blue.Soon hopefully ;)
Now what I'm aiming for.One great author - William Hughes Mearns! God, thanks God again I watched 'Identity' with the one and only John Cusack( which btw reminds me I should write 1-2 words about Wentworth Miller, Val Kilmer, Sergey Bezrukov and whoever not :D..it's good we atill have good actors :)))
Anyway, here are a few poems by Mr Mearns! Poetry and nothing more to say.

Antigonish

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn’t there
He wasn’t there again today
I wish, I wish he’d go away...

When I came home last night at three
The man was waiting there for me
But when I looked around the hall
I couldn’t see him there at all!
Go away, go away, don’t you come back any more!
Go away, go away, and please don’t slam the door... (slam!)

Last night I saw upon the stair
A little man who wasn’t there
He wasn’t there again today
Oh, how I wish he’d go away

Two Dead Boys

“Ladies and Gentlemen, skinny and stout,
I’ll tell you a tale I know nothing about;
The Admission is free, so pay at the door,
Now pull up a chair and sit on the floor.

One fine day in the middle of the night,
Two dead boys got up to fight;
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other.

A blind man came to watch fair play,
A mute man came to shout “Horray!”
A deaf policeman heard the noise and
Came to stop those two dead boys.

He lived on the corner in the middle of the block,
In a two-story house on a vacant lot;
A man with no legs came walking by,
and kicked the lawman in his thigh.

He crashed through a wall without making a sound,
into a dry creek bed and suddenly drowned;
The long black hearse came to cart him away,
But he ran for his life and is still gone today.

I watched from the corner of the big round table,
The only eyewitness to facts of my fable;
But if you doubt my lies are true,
Just ask the blind man, he saw it too.”

that's what happens when you have feelings inside but no inspiration

Water Of Changes

After so many years of wasted emotions
I still can't find the right way
The sorrow that crippled inside me
Is twisting my feelings like flames
The whispers that went throughout me
Are coming twice  stronger than before
Children of moderns surround me
They screanm for precious release
Phantoms of ages,they host me
Their souls pray for relieve
A little creature brings me the good
I caress it and walk with it through the wood
The wind told me to look
To search for the unspoken truth
The stones glitter together with the Sun
The rays of thunder carve my name on a tomb
